NOTICE OF AN EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE TOWN OF BURNS HARBOR TOWN COUNCIL Notice is hereby given that the Burns Harbor Town Council (the “Town Council”) will meet in an executive session on Friday, January 22, 2021, at 5:00 p.m., in accordance with Governor Holcomb’s executive order 20-09, the meeting will be held virtually via Zoom. The meeting in executive session is being held by the Town Council, pursuant to Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(9), for the purpose of discussing job performance evaluation of individual employees. No final action will be taken at said executive session and no other subject matter will be discussed.
